My online presence misses me too. T__T Hahaha. Wat? Opo. I’ll try to be back, once and for all. Though don’t expect me during weekdays, because I’ll be dead tired from work. Let’s try on weekends. Okay? :D

Chocolate Orange Cake with Candied Orange Zest Glaze…

It’s birthday season again, so I decided to make my first real post of the year with this. Since I started working, it really became harder to find time to make food posts; though I do now have the income to buy more ingredients than ever, and working in Makati gave me more access to ingredients that were not previosly accessible to me when I was still a student or a bum. Haha. Pero sa pagod sa trabaho, mas napili ko nalang na matulog kung walang pasok, kaysa maginternet or magtumblr.

But now, [as if I haven’t made this promise when I had all the time as a student], I’ll primarily concentrate on sweets: like cakes, more brownies, and cookies. With the occasional pasta dish, I’ll revive this long stagnant blog, and turn it into something better than what it used to be [circa 2010]. Hahahaha. And with that I bid you, adieu! :D

Meet Nathaniel Owen…

He’s my baby brother… Saya no, 20 yrs age gap. Haha. Kaya wala din akong ma post for the past weeks. Kasi nasa hospital kami nagiistay, since nasa ICU sya. Delayed kasi sya, kaya parang nagkaroon sya ng infection sa loob ng womb. But as you can see, baby palang, vain na kapatid ko. Hahaha. “Kapatid ko,” di parin ako sanay sa term. :))

Nakakatuwa naman. Maraming may gusto ng idea. We could probably bake all the brownies in the world, pero wala tayong pwesto para magbenta. Hahahaha.

We need organizers, we need an event, we need people and ingredients. WE NEED MORE CHOCOLATE!!! Chocolate and tumblr meetups go really well together. Pero bet ko naghahanap ng libreng brownies mga taong yan. Hahahaha.

I find it weird that normal people have normal debts measured in currencies, but my debts are measured in cookies and brownies and pasta. -__-
